Live Baccarat that puts the full power of the card squeeze in your hands — an experience you won't find on any other platform.
If you've ever watched someone play baccarat at a high-end casino, you've almost certainly noticed the most thrilling ritual of all — the moment a player slowly bends back the edge of a card to peek at its value. This is known as the "squeeze." At traditional casinos, only players seated at the table get to savour this dramatic moment. But at gula2, with Control Squeeze, every player at the table has the power to control how the card is revealed — right from their own screen.
Control Squeeze at gula2 is a live baccarat variant that leverages cutting-edge technology to bring the physical squeeze experience into a truly interactive digital format. The player who wins the bet on a particular hand — whether Player or Banker — is given control to slowly reveal the card using the squeeze controls within the game interface. You can peel the card from the bottom edge, the top edge, or flip it outright with style — all at your fingertips.
This is not your ordinary baccarat with a fancy name. The Control Squeeze experience at gula2 is genuinely different — the slower pace gives you time to truly savour every moment, friendly and professional dealers guide each round seamlessly, and crystal-clear video streaming ensures every card movement is visible in sharp detail even on a smartphone. It's no surprise that many Malaysian baccarat players who have tried Control Squeeze at gula2 never want to go back to regular baccarat.
Understand every bet type and its payout rate before you start your session.
A bet that Banker will win. The lowest house edge available (1.06%). Pays 1:1 minus a 5% commission — the safest option for new players.
A bet that Player will win. Full 1:1 payout with no commission — house edge of 1.24%. A popular choice among players who prefer a straightforward option.
A bet that Player and Banker will finish with the same value. Highest payout at 8:1, but carries a higher house edge. Best suited as a small side bet.
A bet that the first two cards of either Player or Banker will form a matching pair. Player Pair or Banker Pair — a generous 11:1 payout for each pair.
All payout rates listed above are standard for Control Squeeze tables at gula2. Betting limits vary depending on the table type selected.
More than just ordinary baccarat — here's what makes Control Squeeze an unforgettable experience.
The player who wins the bet on that hand is given control to reveal the card slowly — peeling from the edge or flipping it with a dramatic flourish. An experience exclusive to gula2, right at your fingertips.
Gula2's video streaming technology lets you view every card from multiple camera angles — top view, side view, and close-up zoom as the squeeze unfolds. Nothing is hidden; everything is fully transparent.
Gula2's Control Squeeze dealers are trained local professionals who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu. They know how to connect with Malaysian players — friendly, upbeat, and always keeping the atmosphere lively.

Visit gula2.my or download the official app from the App Store or Google Play. Click 'Register', then enter your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a password. Verify your identity with an OTP code within seconds — the entire registration process takes under 3 minutes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on gula2.
Go to the 'Wallet' section and select 'Deposit'. Choose whichever method suits you best: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM 20, and credits appear in your account in under 30 seconds — no waiting, no extra charges.
Once your first deposit is successfully processed, the 150% welcome bonus is automatically credited to your bonus wallet — up to RM 500 in extra credits. This means your playing capital is significantly larger right from day one. These bonus credits can be used directly at the Control Squeeze gula2 tables.
From the gula2 navigation menu, click 'Control Squeeze'. You'll see a list of available tables showing their respective betting limits and remaining seats. For new players, start with a General table that has lower betting limits — it's the smartest way to get comfortable with the game's pace and mechanics.
Each round has a set betting window — typically between 15 and 20 seconds. During this time, place your chips on the Banker, Player, Tie, or Pairs areas according to your preference. You may also place bets on more than one area within the same round. Once time is up, no further bets will be accepted.
The dealer will deal cards to the Player and Banker. A third card will be drawn if required under baccarat rules. If you win the bet on a particular hand, the Control Squeeze interface at gula2 will hand you the squeeze control — drag your finger across the screen to reveal the card slowly. Every second of that suspense is real!
Once a round concludes, your winnings are credited directly to your gula2 account balance. To withdraw, go to 'Wallet' → 'Withdraw', select your preferred method such as TNG eWallet, GrabPay or DuitNow, and enter the amount. Funds typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes — even at midnight or on public holidays.

Practical tips from experienced gula2 baccarat players to help you play smarter.
For new Control Squeeze players on gula2, the smartest strategy is to bet consistently on Banker for the first few rounds. With a house edge of just 1.06%, Banker offers the best odds over the long run. Even with the 5% commission on winnings, it remains far more favourable than the Tie bet, which carries a house edge of 14.36%.
Control Squeeze at gula2 features a live scoreboard displaying winning patterns from previous rounds. While each round is statistically independent, many experienced players use the road map to spot "streaks" — for example, if Banker wins 5 rounds in a row, some choose to stick with Banker or switch to Player. This approach isn't scientific, but it gives your betting decisions a more structured framework.
This is the single most important tip for all gula2 players, not just Control Squeeze. Before you sit down at a table, set two limits: a win limit (e.g. stop when you're up RM 300) and a loss limit (e.g. stop when you're down RM 150). Once either limit is hit, walk away. This discipline is what separates players who come out ahead in the long run from those who regularly leave the table empty-handed.
The Tie's 8:1 payout may look tempting, but keep this in mind — a house edge of 14.36% means your statistical expectation is to lose 14 cents for every RM 1 bet on Tie over the long run. It's fine occasionally as a side bet on top of your main wager, but making Tie your primary strategy is the fastest way to drain your account balance. gula2 recommends keeping Tie bets to no more than 10% of your total wagering.
Flat betting means wagering the same amount every round — no increase when you win, no increase when you lose. It's the safest risk management strategy for baccarat. Unlike the Martingale strategy (doubling your bet after every loss), which can deplete your balance quickly, flat betting keeps your sessions longer and more enjoyable. At gula2, we encourage this approach because it keeps entertainment as the primary goal.
This is a tip unique to Control Squeeze on gula2 that sets it apart from other games. When you get the chance to squeeze the cards, savour it! Take your time revealing each card slowly and let the suspense sink in fully. Control Squeeze is designed to deliver a deeper, more immersive playing experience — not just a rush of back-to-back rounds. Players who genuinely enjoy the squeeze process tend to make calmer, more considered betting decisions.

Baccarat has long been a favourite among Malaysian players. Its straightforward rules — bet on Player or Banker, wait for the result — make it easy for anyone to pick up. Yet sometimes that simplicity can make the game feel a little soulless, almost mechanical. Control Squeeze at gula2 changes all of that by adding a whole new dimension that genuinely transforms how you experience every round.
Picture this: you've placed a RM 200 bet on Banker. Two cards have been dealt — you can see the first card is a 5. The second card is still face down. Then, the Control Squeeze interface at gula2 hands you control to reveal that card yourself. Slowly you drag your finger, peeling back the corner of the card bit by bit. A line begins to appear... one stroke... could it be a 4? Or a 9? That suspense — the moment between not knowing and knowing — is exactly what makes Control Squeeze at gula2 so addictive in the best possible way.
Behind what feels like a seamless and natural experience lies a highly sophisticated technology infrastructure. gula2 uses high-resolution video streaming servers to ensure that every image you see during the squeeze is delivered in real time — no delays, no lag. The physical cards handled by the dealer are equipped with special optical sensors that verify each card's value before it is revealed to players, guaranteeing that every round is accurate and tamper-proof.
The player-side Control Squeeze interface uses responsive touch technology — whether you're on a smartphone or a tablet. Your squeeze gesture is processed instantly and translated into realistic animation, creating the sensation that you're physically holding the card yourself. gula2 has invested heavily in this technical infrastructure because we believe that a high-quality gaming experience is every Malaysian player's right, not a privilege reserved for those who can afford to visit an expensive land-based casino.
Like all games on gula2, Control Squeeze is entertainment best enjoyed with a clear and positive mindset. The thrill of the squeeze experience can make a session feel shorter than it actually is — that's simply the nature of an engaging game, no different from losing track of time watching your favourite Korean drama or playing e-sports with friends. The difference is, when real money is involved, staying within your set limits becomes all the more important.
Gula2 provides all the responsible gaming tools you need: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and temporary self-exclusion. All of these are accessible from your account settings. If you or someone you know needs support relating to gambling habits, we encourage you to contact gula2's support team or visit our Responsible Gaming page for comprehensive guides and support resources.
